A small team, a simple idea
Planning a surprise together always ends the same way: an unreadable group chat, a spreadsheet nobody fills in, and one person editing the video at three in the morning.
Why this site exists
The tools we press into service for a surprise were never built for it. A group chat mixes the planning with the jokes. A shared folder makes everyone create an account. And neither one stops the person concerned from stumbling on it.
Alexevent does one thing: gather contributions from several people without the person being celebrated seeing them, and reveal it all at the right moment.
Where your data lives
In Europe: the site and the database in France, the photos and videos in Germany. What people contribute belongs to the people who contributed it, and the organiser can erase the lot in one action.
